This
study
explores
the
contribution
of
social
media
to
food
waste
reduction
among
hospitality
customers
as
part
global
net
zero
emissions
agenda.
It
does
this
by
using
Stimulus–Organism–Response
(SOR)
model
examine
how
promotion
affects
customer
intentions,
mediated
media-driven
environmental
motivation
and
sustainability-driven
happiness.
Moreover,
gratitude
towards
initiatives
moderates
these
effects
such
that
emotional
satisfaction
are
more
strongly
associated
with
sustainable
behaviors.
We
find
campaigns
can
effectively
elicit
cognitive
engagement,
which
in
turn
strengthens
data
from
404
China.
Furthermore,
extends
SOR
sustainability
consumer
behavior
literature
provides
practical
guidance
for
businesses
harness
engaging
efforts.
Organizations
enhance
effectiveness
their
emotionally
resonant
messages
highlighting
gratitude.
Filling
important
gaps,
research
mechanisms
driving
behaviors
line
strategies
achieve
emissions.

This
study
examines
the
impact
of
digital
media
on
relationship
between
corporate
social
responsibility
(CSR)
and
electronic
word
mouth
(e-WOM)
in
China's
hospitality
industry.
Utilizing
a
comprehensive
survey
structural
equation
modeling
(SEM)
analysis,
we
unveil
model
where
CSR,
as
key
influencer,
drives
e-WOM
through
consumer
motivation
admiration,
with
green
altruism
serving
significant
moderator.
Our
findings
underscore
pivotal
role

CSR
communication
enhancing
engagement
e-WOM,
indicating
that
strategic
efforts
can
foster
customer
loyalty
advocacy.

This
article
investigates
the
link
between
corporate
social
responsibility
(CSR)
perceptions
of
employees
and
employee
burnout,
from
a
sustainable
development
point
view,
in
healthcare
system
China.
It

conventional
literature
by
analyzing
indirect
effect
CSR
on
health
well-being
workers
aligning
with
SDGs

wellbeing.
