The integration of technology in all aspects learning is crucial for the efficient execution teaching and process. Technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) signifies optimal educational domain. In this vein, present study investigated level TPACK among English teachers. employed an explanatory sequential mixed methods design, gathering quantitative data from 58 teachers qualitative 15 through purposive sampling. Our findings revealed that exhibited strong but needed more technology-related knowledge. Moreover, we found did not utilize digital tools to teach due challenges like insufficient infrastructure, limited literacy, a lack professional development opportunities. also proposes policy reforms institutional support overcome these challenges, emphasizing need targeted literacy training resource allocation. Several practical implications were discussed as foreign language teachers, institutions, policymakers. research are valuable; however, it important acknowledge study’s limitations generalizability. These primarily attributed sample size specific contextual factors. As result, there future encompasses broader range settings order enhance applicability findings. results contribute understanding how can be improved Ethiopian high schools, fostering better outcomes.
