During
the
COVID-19
pandemic
lockdowns
(2020-2021),
almost
all
facets
of
life
were
rendered
digital
–
health,
work,
schooling,
and
logistics.
In
this
phenomenon,
not
only
did
access
become
synonymous
with
social
inclusion
but
inequalities
also
amplified
particularly
in
case
older
adults
(65
years
over).
Contemporary
represent
one
most
diverse
spectrums
media
users
spanning
from
technologically
savvy
to
non-users.
As
first
generation
age
through
data
a
data-saturated
world,
their
understandings
experiences
can
teach
us
much
about
possibilities
limitations
new
media.
Understanding
these
practices
cultural
probes
like
drawing,
photos
writing
prompts
enable
playful
behaviours
that
elicit
thoughts
actions
allow
insight
into
some
tacit
lived
experience

This
study
investigates
the
drivers
of
e-commerce
continuance
intentions
among
older
consumers
in
Latin
America.
It
employs
Technology
Acceptance
Model
(TAM)
and
Unified
Theory
Use
(UTAUT2)
to
develop
test
a
conceptual
model
adoption
for
adults
Chile.
Data
were
collected
through
an
online
survey
involving
202
participants
aged
65
over.
The
findings
reveal
that
attitude
toward
three
UTAUT2
predictors—performance
expectancy,
effort
social
influence—are
significantly
related
intentions.
Consumer
innovativeness
also
has
indirect
relationship
its
impact
on
attitudes
e-commerce.
Additionally,
facilitating
conditions
habit
are
indirectly
their
influence
expectancy.
However,
hedonic
motivation,
perceived
privacy
risk,
health
condition
do
not
serve
as
significant
predictors
enhances
understanding
consumers'
continue
adopting
American
country.
