As

challenges

COVID-19
pandemic,
a
troubling
concern
emerged-the
possible
rise
of
child
maltreatment,
which
is
pernicious
risk
factor
for

adolescent
mental
health
difficulties.
This
narrative
review
aims
to
provide
comprehensive
understanding
how
many
changes
pandemic
influenced
occurrences
maltreatment
and,
subsequently,
children
adolescents.
First,
we
present
well-established
evidence
regarding
impact
on
adolescents

pandemic.
Next,
examine
existing
literature

intimate
partner
violence
(IPV)
victimization
and
negative
parenting,
but
there
was
an
overreliance
on
U.S.
samples

IPV
abusive
parenting
practices
in
sample
of
community-based
women
