Nursing students require resilience to navigate the complexities of clinical practice. This characteristic is essential for managing demanding workloads, unpredictable patient situations, and emotional stressors while maintaining performance well-being. Fostering helps develop capacity adapt adversity, overcome setbacks, remain committed providing high-quality care. qualitative study explores challenges supports influencing nursing students' during education. Interviews with 28 Thai revealed two key themes: "experience vulnerability" meaningfulness". The sub-themes vulnerability included "navigating uncertainty", "transcending professional struggles", "being exposed diverse encounters". meaningfulness focused on restoring strength through social interactions engaging in positive transformation. highlights need comprehensive support systems that address personal vulnerabilities. Integrating caring theory principles could further enhance by emphasizing compassionate care fostering student empathy. suggests instructors stakeholders can significantly impact well-being creating supportive environments built collaboration, empathy, mentorship, all which are aligned theory.

Background Adolescents and young adults (AYAs) aged 10–25 exhibit an increased prevalence of mental health disorders. Resilience has been well established as a positive factor in promoting protecting health. This systematic review meta-analysis aimed to quantify the correlation between resilience AYAs by including relevant observational studies. Additionally, it explored potential moderators such percentage female participants, sample regions, measurements. Methods A comprehensive search PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web Science Scopus databases was conducted until September 2024. CMA 3.0 software used perform meta-analysis, publication bias sensitivity analysis included studies, moderating effect verified variance (ANOVA). Result Nineteen studies involving total 17,746 participants were included, summary sizes from random model showed that among had coefficient -0.391 with negative indicators (95% CI: - 0.469, 0.308, p < 0.001), 0.499 0.400, 0.586, 0.001). regions measurements significantly moderated Conclusion moderately strong The findings strengthened basis for future research 10–25, highlighting help mitigate increasing challenges faced this population.

(1) Background: University students’ mental health (MH) is in crisis due to academic stress, lack of physical activity (PA), and low self-esteem. This study evaluated a 12-week PA meditation intervention enhance psychological well-being Spanish university students. (2) Methods: A quasi-experimental design was used, with non-randomized control group pretest-posttest assessments. The lasted 14 weeks (12 two for evaluations). Initially, 149 students were recruited, but the final sample included 136 (82 intervention, 54 control) attrition. Participants selected through convenience sampling, respecting university-established groups. consisted six sessions (aerobic, cardiovascular, strength exercises) (yoga mindfulness). Validated questionnaires assessed resilience, distress, self-esteem, mood, personality traits, sedentary behavior, levels, sleep duration. (3) Results: Significant improvements found resilience (p < 0.001), depression 0.01), duration 0.05), greater mood benefits men. No major changes observed other variables. (4) Conclusions: PA- meditation-based interventions can improve MH, particularly key aspects. Further research should explore long-term effects refine strategies by distinguishing between preventive therapeutic approaches.
