eHealth literacy (eHL) is positively associated with health-related behaviors and outcomes. Previous eHL studies primarily collected data from online users seldom focused on the general population in low- middle-income countries (LMIC). Additionally, knowledge about factors that affect limited. Chronic lung disease (CLD) has brought a large burden LMIC, making it relevant example for studying eHL. This study aims to explore its within of China, encompassing sociodemographic characteristics, CLD knowledge, digital access, use attitudes towards eHealth. Objective Statins are effective for preventing cardiovascular disease. However, many patients decide not to take statins because of negative influences, such as online misinformation. Online health information may affect decisions on medication adherence, but measuring it is challenging. This study aimed examine the associations between behaviour and statin adherence in with high risk. Methods A prospective cohort involving 233 risk was conducted at a primary care clinic Malaysia. Participants used digital diary tool record they encountered 2 months completed questionnaire about necessity, concerns end observation period. Data were analysed using structural equation modelling. Results The results showed that 55.8% (130 patients) information. Abstract Background People are exposed to variable health information from the Internet, potentially influencing their decision-making and behaviour. It remains a challenge for people discern between good- poor-quality online (OHI). This study explored how patients evaluate determine trust in statin-related OHI with high cardiovascular risk. Methods qualitative used vignettes think-aloud methods. We recruited primary care clinic who were at least 18 years old, had risk previously sought OHI. Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı; tıp öğrencileri arasında tele kullanımının e-sağlık okuryazarlığı üzerindeki rolünü tespit etmektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma, Karadeniz Bölgesi’ndeki bir üniversitede fakültesinde öğrenim gören 322 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada; Norman Skinner (2006) tarafından geliştirilip, Gencer (2017) Türkçe güvenilirliği geçerliliği ele alınan “E-Sağlık Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği” Korkmaz Hoşman (2018) geliştirilen "Teletıp Ölçeği" veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Verilerin elde edilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel yöntemler, tek yönlü varyans analizi, t testi, korelasyon basit doğrusal regresyon analizi Bulgular: Çalışmada yer alan öğrencilerin orta düzeyde okuryazarlığına sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca öğrenciler teletıp uygulamaları konusunda düşük seviyede kullanıma bilgi düzeyine sahiptir. Katılımcıların cinsiyeti, sınıf düzeyi, anne babanın eğitim durumuna göre düzeylerinde anlamlı fark görülmemiştir. Yüksek gelir seviyesine katılımcılarda düzeyleri yüksek çıkmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan öğrencilerinin kullanımları cinsiyet, durumu annenin düzeyi değişkenleri oluşmamıştır. Lisansüstü eğitimi tamamlamış babası olan düzeylerinin saptanmıştır. Bunun yanında kullanımı anlamlı, pozitif yönde ilişki gözlenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına bakıldığında, okuryazarlıklarının üzerinde etkisi bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Geleceğin sağlık hizmet sunucularının değişen teknolojilere uyum sağlayabilmeleri hizmetlerini etkili verimli şekilde yürütebilmeleri amacıyla, kavramları başta olmak üzere teknolojileri farkındalıklarının, bilgilerinin becerilerinin arttırılması önerilebilir.

This quantitative survey study examines the prevalence of cyberchondria and its correlation with eHealth literacy among 168 university students their information-seeking behaviour. Abstract Background The traditional delivery of healthcare services, including crucial preventive measures such as health screenings, faced significant disruption due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In response, eHealth technology emerged a practical alternative for conducting screening services. This pilot study introduces ScreenMen, web-based app men’s screening, implemented in primary care setting. aims assess patient uptake and provider’s acceptability feasibility implementing emphasizing importance implementation science research innovation. Methods employed mixed-method explanatory sequential design, using tailored intervention implement ScreenMen an urban clinic.
