ABSTRACT
In
today's
fast‐paced
digital
era,
in
organizations
various
human
dimensions
of
leadership
(DLP)
capabilities
drive
transformations
to
ensure
sustainable
performance
at
a
frenetic
pace.
This
study
focuses
on
empirically
testing
DLP
capabilities,
such
as
literacy
(DL),
positive
attitudes
(PAs)
and
knowledge
sharing
(KS)
impact
employee
(EP)
while
assessing
the
mediation
effect
managerial
(MCs).
collected
utilized
sample
279
from
Bangladesh
who
possess
skills
related
technology
management.
After
data
collection,
we
performed
analysis
by
using
SPSS
23
AMOS
24
evaluate
outcomes
based
structural
model
social
exchange
theory
(SET)
resource‐based
view
(RBV)
theory.
The
findings
specify
that
DL
PAs
did
not
directly
significantly
support
EP;
however,
KS
supports
EP.
Additionally,
MCs
partially
mediate
between
EP,
whereas
fully
among
DL,
PA
Results
demonstrate

Abstract
Internationalization
