Nursing students often experience high levels of anxiety compared to in other disciplines due academic and clinical demands. Some the important factors believed influence psychological well-being are nomophobia, emotional regulation, self-efficacy loneliness. Therefore, current study aimed explore relationships between loneliness, among nursing using structural equation modeling (SEM). A cross-sectional was conducted 121 students. Data were collected validated tools, including Nomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q), Emotion Regulation (ERQ), UCLA Loneliness Scale, General Self-Efficacy scale Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) scale. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used relationship variables. The findings revealed that nomophobia loneliness positively associated with anxiety, standardized path coefficients β = 0.35 (p < 0.001) 0.25 0.001), respectively. Conversely, regulation (β −0.20, p −0.30, showed significant protective effects by reducing anxiety. Additionally, negatively influenced −0.21, −0.15, 0.05), highlighting its role mitigating adverse outcomes. Self-efficacy exhibited a negative but non-significant association −0.09, 0.10) demonstrated effect on −0.13, 0.05). significantly contribute heightened students, while serve as factors. Given high-stress nature education practice, interventions at enhancing skills fostering social support networks could be particularly beneficial ultimately lowering levels. Integrating such strategies into curricula may not only students’ mental also enhance their performance.
