Executive Summary This paper introduces a special edition of the Journal on Migration and Human Security, which examines conceptual interpretive framework called “the right to stay, migrate return.” The concept builds what religious leaders scholars have alternately labelled “right” or “freedom” “stay” “remain,” sometimes “not emigrate.” analyzes these “rights” in an integrative manner offers based human dignity.
