Aim . To determine the efficacy of interventional programs on nurses’ perceptions parents’ support and attitudes toward participation in neonatal care intensive unit (NICU). Methods An experimental design was used to program NICU their three hospitals. Nearly 160 nurses from hospitals North Middle Jordan participated study were divided into 80 intervention control groups.
