Zusammenfassung: Fragestellung: Ehemalig fremdplatzierte junge Erwachsene (Care Leaver) waren in ihrer Kindheit einer Vielzahl psychosozialer Belastungsfaktoren ausgesetzt. Im deutschsprachigen Raum ist bisher wenig darüber bekannt, wie hoch die Prävalenz psychischer Störungen dieser Population ist. Das Hauptziel dieses Beitrages es, Prävalenzen bei Care Leavern zu beschreiben und Implikationen für Versorgungssysteme diskutieren. Methodik: Die psychischen Störungen, inklusive Persönlichkeitsstörungen, wurden anhand des Strukturierten Klinischen Interviews 175 Schweizer (Durchschnittsalter = 26.53 Jahre, 32.00 % Frauen) erfasst. Deskriptive Informationen absoluten relativen Häufigkeiten präsentiert Zusammenhänge t-Tests χ 2 -Tests berechnet. Ergebnisse: 58.29 der Teilnehmenden erfüllten Diagnosekriterien mindestens eine psychische Störung, wobei Substanzkonsumstörungen (37.71 %), Persönlichkeitsstörungen (35.43 %) Aufmerksamkeitsdefizit-/Hyperaktivitätsstörung (19.43 häufigsten Diagnosen waren. Frauen zeigten häufiger Angststörungen sowie Cluster-C-Persönlichkeitsstörungen, während Männer Alkoholkonsumstörung aufwiesen. Schlussfolgerungen: Ungefähr Hälfte Leaver erfüllt Störung. Erwachsenenalter stellt – ähnlich Gleichaltrigen aus Allgemeinbevölkerung sensible Phase dar. Dies sozialpädagogische psychiatrische vor Herausforderung, das Angebot psychisch belastete Menschen entlang Transition ins weiter präventiv gestalten.

Background: Adolescents in residential care who have been exposed to early interpersonal adversities may exhibit a range of mental health difficulties that are not well captured by traditional assessment measures. The Assessment Checklist for – Short Form (ACA-SF) was developed assessing maltreatment-related symptoms observed young people out-of-home care. Purpose: aim this study analyse the psychometric properties ACA-SF sample adolescents Study sample: composed 160 (49.4% boys, 48.8% girls, and 1.9% non-binary gender), aged 11–18, from 24 facilities Spain. Results: results factor analyses largely overlapped with original six-factor version, items measuring Non-Reciprocal Behaviour, Social Instability, Emotional Dysregulation/Distorted Cognition, Dissociation/Trauma Symptoms, Food Maintenance, Sexual Behaviour. Our analyses, however, also revealed seventh factor: Pseudomature Behaviours. showed good internal consistency, convergent validity, concurrent as demonstrated its associations adverse experiences, internalizing externalizing problems, psychosocial correlates. Two path analysis models analysing relationship between experiences supported distinctiveness symptoms. Conclusions: These findings constitute first attempt replicate structure Furthermore, they support use instrument reliable valid standardized measure youth.

Abstract Background Adolescents and young adults in residential care correctional institutions face various challenges, leading to negative life outcomes. Implementation barriers within these institutions, such as limited financial spatial resources, pose significant hurdles providing necessary support. Web-based approaches address challenges by offering cost-effective, accessible solutions. This study aims assess the efficacy of a newly developed web-based version existing evidence-based START NOW skills training fostering emotion regulation resilience among institutionalized adolescents adults. We present protocol (Version 5, August 2023) trial titled “Implementation an e-version for promoting youth institutions”. Methods The is monocentric, prospective, confirmatory randomized controlled with 150 need improve (predefined cut-offs).
