Background: Both coding and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as vital regulators in almost every cellular process, their expression can be modulated by external stimuli, such physical exercise. Objectives: The current research aimed to investigate the effects of different volumes TABATA-high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises combined with royal jelly (RJ) supplementation on NLRP3 inflammasome lncRNA-H19 obese males. Methods: Forty-two healthy men [Body Mass Index (BMI) = 30 kg/m², waist-to-hip ratio 0.95, age range: 40 - 60 years] volunteered participate study. individuals were randomly divided into five experimental groups (N 35) one control + placebo group 7). high-volume (HV) or low-volume (LV) TABATA exercise programs performed twice a week for 8 weeks. Palbociclib is a cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitor and commonly used antitumor drug. Many cancers are susceptible to palbociclib resistance, however, the underlying metabolism mechanism extent of resistance unknown. In this study, LC-MS metabolomics was investigate metabolite changes colorectal cancer SW620 cells that were resistant palbociclib.
