Background: Both coding and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as vital regulators in almost every cellular process, their expression can be modulated by external stimuli, such physical exercise. Objectives: The current research aimed to investigate the effects of different volumes TABATA-high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises combined with royal jelly (RJ) supplementation on NLRP3 inflammasome lncRNA-H19 obese males. Methods: Forty-two healthy men [Body Mass Index (BMI) = 30 kg/m², waist-to-hip ratio 0.95, age range: 40 - 60 years] volunteered participate study. individuals were randomly divided into five experimental groups (N 35) one control + placebo group 7). high-volume (HV) or low-volume (LV) TABATA exercise programs performed twice a week for 8 weeks. Participants RJ received 1000 mg capsule once day genes was evaluated using real-time PCR method. Results: gene Bruce test, measured before after 8-week interventions supplementation, showed insignificant changes across groups. However, H19 test significant reduction HV-TABATA HIIT intervention groups, which more pronounced than LV weeks: HV (P 0.004), 0.001), 0.007), 0.002). After weeks non-pharmacological involving decrease increase detected compared 0.05 P 0.010). Significant improvement also found resting levels between 0.011) 0.44). Moreover, observed 0.038). Conclusions: Chronic exercise, when is effective attenuating inflammatory responses acute stress.
