Introduction:
Rhubarb
is
a
frequently
used
and
beneficial
traditional
Chinese
medicine.
Wild
resources
of
these
plants
are
constantly
being
depleted,
meaning
that
rhubarb
products
have
been
subjected
to
an
unparalleled
level
adulteration.
Consequentially,
reliable
technology
urgently
required
verify
the
authenticity
raw
materials
commercial
botanical
drugs.
Methods:
In
this
study,
barcode-DNA
high-resolution
melting
(Bar-HRM)
method
was
applied
characterize
63
samples
(five
Polygonaceae
species:
Rheum
tanguticum
,
Rh.
palmatum
officinale
Rumex
japonicus
Ru.
sp.)
distinguish
contents
24
patent
medicine
(TCPM)
samples.
Three
markers,
namely
ITS2,
rbcL
psbA-trnH
were
tested
assess
candidate
DNA
barcodes
for
their
effectiveness
in
distinguishing
from
its
adulterants.

most
suitable
mini-barcode
identify
drug
TCPMs.

rhubarbs

Results:

barcoding

Abstract
Codon
optimization
is
crucial
for
gene
expression
in
heterologous
hosts
with
varying
genetic
codes
and
codon
usage,
potentially
resulting
enhanced
protein
stability.
Traditionally,
the
problem
has
been
solved
using
classical
numerical
techniques;
however,
recent
advancements,
quantum
algorithms
deployed
on
computers
have
adopted
this
purpose.
This
study
proposes
a
sequence
search
protocol
tailored
to
host
preferences.
Specifically,
formulated
as
constrained
quadratic
binary
quantum-classical
hybrid
approach,
integrating
annealing
Lagrange
multiplier
method.
The
proposed
methodology
then
applied
two
real-world
scenarios:
optimizing
