Abstract The current global context stimulating agroecology and green agriculture need to explore for the novel sustainable eco-conscious methods safeguarding plants. aim of this study is exploit rich contents date palm seeds (DPS) as an appropriate organic elicitor boost growth plant secondary metabolism in Eruca vesicaria . DPS were utilized extraction process using distilled water create aqueous extract, which underwent phytochemical characterization. In a pot experiment, soaked serial doses (0, 20, 40, 80, 120 g l ⁻¹) 21-days old seedlings collected. extract analysis indicated adequate P N contents, antioxidant compounds, exhibited activity. primary components identified 2-Dodecenal, fatty acids cyclopentane butyl-acid. Priming with significantly improved its bio-stimulating capacity by enhancing fresh dry biomasses, photosynthetic pigments, metabolites response optimal DSP concentration 80 l⁻¹. Stress biomarkers (H 2 O malondialdehyde (MDA)) found ranges water-primed control except highest dose (120 l⁻¹). Further, priming increased (total phenolics flavonoids) besides activity polyphenol oxidase (PPO), suggesting enhanced cell redox system. expression patterns series specific key genes included modulation as, phenylalanine ammonia lyase ( PAL ), chalcone synthase CHS isomerase CHI flavonol FLS deoxyxylulose phosphate reductoisomerase DXR activated following treatments extract. Overall, present underscores that application can stimulate bioactive constituents , thus elevating potential nutraceutical medicinal value.
