Background Therapeutic relationships are a key domain in healthcare delivery. While well-understood in-person interventions, how therapeutic develop more complex contexts is unclear. This study aimed to understand (1) developed during the telehealth delivery of group-based, intervention and (2) perceived impact these on processes, such as engagement, patient outcomes, safety satisfaction. Methods qualitative study, nested within randomised controlled trial, used an interpretivist approach explore perceptions 25 participants (18 patients with shoulder pain 7 clinicians) regarding developing delivered via telehealth. Semi-structured interviews were conducted 4 weeks period then analysed through in-depth, inductive thematic analysis. Results We identified six themes: ‘Patients trust clinicians who demonstrate credibility, promoting development relationships’; ‘Simple features approaches shape relationship’, including small talk, time spent together social observation; (3) ‘A sense belonging support fosters connections’, facilitated by providing individualised attention group; (4) ‘Developing can core components’, reflecting challenges faced; (5) ‘Therapeutic facilitate engagement’, enhanced understanding confidence (6) contribute satisfaction’, feeling comfortable reporting intervention-related issues. Conclusions group-based sessions set factors that may require additional skills effort compared interactions. have positive engagement need find balance between building delivering fidelity. Background eHealth interventions constitute a promising approach to disease prevention, particularly because of their ability facilitate lifestyle changes. Although rather recent development, might be able promote brain health and reduce dementia risk in older adults. Objective This study aimed explore the perspective general practitioners (GPs) on potentials barriers for health. Understanding GPs allows us identify chances challenges implementing apps reduction. Methods We conducted semistructured expert interviews with 9 working an outpatient setting near Leipzig, Germany. Data were fully transcribed analyzed using process model qualitative content analysis codes categories being constructed inductively deductively. Results found generally favorable but balanced views Eight themes identified elaborated data as follows: “addressing dementia,” “knowledge about “need information,” “potential prevention,” “chances “development “barriers prevention.” talked mostly how when address requirements use prevention. stated that they only addressed once abnormalities already present or less frequently patient relative expressed direct wish, while individual standardized diagnostic during routine check-ups mentioned much frequently. According GPs, knowledge patients was low; therefore, little need information factors prevention GP practices. Most wished quick regarding diagnostics, treatment options, progression disease. lack overview available content. They also fear inducing anxiety talking Conclusions want receive relevant individualized information. Prerequisites app characteristics related design more routinely, assess factors, aid preventive role.
