The combination of an ageing population, increasing prevalence preventable noncommunicable diseases and a decline in physical activity with age emphasizes the need for investment programs services older people. This study aimed to add initial evidence on effectiveness Move Life (MFL) intervention by examining its effects psychosocial health outcomes determinants activity.
