Physical inactivity is considered a worldwide pandemic that leads to numerous health problems. The World Health Organization advises pregnant women participate in at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week enhance outcomes. As the last trimester pregnancy, considerable physical, hormonal, and psychological changes this stage need further exploration. Objectives: To determine association between physical activity, perceived stress, well-being third pregnancy. Methods: A cross-sectional study 245 third-trimester mothers was conducted local healthcare center using non-probability purposive sampling from June 2024 November 2024. Pregnancy Activity Questionnaire (PPAQ) used quantify stress levels were measured with Perceived Stress Scale-04 (PSS-04), assessed WHO-5 Well-Being Index. Spearman correlation analysis descriptive statistics investigate connections among well-being. Results: Increased activity associated decreased based on data, It demonstrated strong inverse relationship (ρ=-0.342, p<0.01). Additionally, there positive (ρ=0.232, Conclusions: concluded improved women. This implies medical professionals should recommend activities prenatal care, especially various cultural needs programs. More research needed larger, diverse groups.
