Results: majority participants (56.7%) had secondary while 70.8% them did perform any exercise. Self-regulation significantly higher with infertility than those primary (P<0.01). lower whose height below 160 centimeters (P<0.05). Social aged≥35 years weighing≥60 kg odds adoption increased (odds ratio [OR]=1.05, 95% CI=1.02-1.09, P<0.01; OR=1.06, CI=1.02-1.11, P<0.01). Conclusion: almost equally influenced In future research, designing consultation programs can be considered encourage

Physical activity can promote better health outcomes, however there are limited programs tailored this population. Therefore, understanding how to support refugees seekers engage is crucial. This paper aims describe the experience-based co-design (EBCD) process was used identify priorities a new service seekers. Using an EBCD framework we conducted qualitative interviews workshops with users (refugees living community) providers at community Centre Sydney, Australia. Sixteen participants, including eight engaged over 12-months. The revealed common themes or ‘touchpoints’ barriers enablers participation such as access, safety competing stressors. Background : Global forced displacement has been rising steeply since 2015 as a result of wars and human rights abuses. Forcibly displaced people are often exposed to physical mental strain, which can cause traumatic experiences poor health. Physical activity linked with better health, although such evidence is scarce among those populations. Methods Participants were 151 individuals (76 women, 75 men; mean age 28.90 y) from their homes for an average 32.03 months. Among them, 67% Afghanistan countries southwest Asia, 33% sub-Saharan African countries. completed self-report measures assessing activity, fitness, symptoms post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, well-being. Results High prevalence disorder well-being identified, women Asians showing poorer Symptoms anxiety related perceived but not activity. Regression analysis showed that ( β 0.34; 95% CI, 0.43 1.52) low-intensity 0.24; 0.001 0.009) significantly positively predicted well-being, small medium effect. Conclusions findings provide useful insights regarding link between well-being; nevertheless, further research examining objectively measured warranted complement these data explore associations

Knowing more about the relation between and PTSD symptoms may provide insight into as a possible target in treatment of PTSD. The aim present study was to examine whether baseline change level from end were related to, respectively, symptoms, quality life, sleep quality, efficiency refugees. Methods Longitudinal data randomized controlled trial analysed multiple linear regression. Level measured actigraphy PTSD, life self-report questionnaires. Results A higher significantly associated better borderline but not or efficiency. Furthermore, an increase improvement Change quality. Conclusion novelty current lies finding no results point complex sleep, towards need for studies these relations effective interventions Trial registration ClinicalTrials.gov ID (NCT02761161), April 27, 2016.
