Background:
COVID-19

Objectives:

COVID-19
represented
an

workers
around
the

strong
concerns

impacts
on
their
psychological
well-being.

inform
on-going
support

preparedness
activities,

study
documented
workers'
experiences,
well-being
coping
throughout
first
wave
of
pandemic,
Burkina
Faso,
Senegal

Gambia.

68

clinical
staff

emergency
departments

three
countries.

interviews

Zoom
