The Philippines is considered one of the most vulnerable and susceptible countries to effects natural disasters due its location. Therefore, country needs be resilient calamities it faces yearly. research aimed determine factors that affect protective behavior Filipinos during by integrating motivation theory, theory planned behaviors, ergonomic appraisals, adding variables such as knowledge geographical perspectives. PLS-SEM was used significant behavior. A questionnaire developed distributed 302 in through a digital survey using Google forms. analysis showed intention prepare factor affecting their behavior, followed macro physical ergonomics. Aside from this, attitudes, perceived severity, self-efficacy, response efficacy, cost, subjective norms were found influence significantly. Furthermore, understanding significantly influences an individual’s severity. However, perspective, vulnerability, behavioral control, cognitive ergonomics have insignificant on for calamities. study findings could basis household units or national government build disaster management plans resilience programs. can also researchers exploring other areas may individuals worldwide.

Avoiding negative word of mouth would be vital importance for promoting sustainable rural tourism. By searching the channels influencing effect residents' irregular business behaviours (RIBB) on (NWOM) in tourism destinations, incorporating how to moderate such effect, this study found that RIBB affect NWOM via tourists' anger emotions (TAE) or regret (TRE). Additionally, destination attractiveness positively moderates either TAE TRE, indicating tourists with a high perceived attraction might not mitigate which go against saying 'Love me, love my dog'. This thus argued thereby deteriorating NWOM, an essential finding may contribute existing literature by shedding new light important and special role providing alternative explanation based emotion-appraisal theory.
