Background/Objectives: COVID-19 is an infectious disease whose prevention significantly aided by vaccination, which reduces both case severity and mortality. Despite the safety efficacy of vaccines, acceptance not universal, understanding factors influencing vaccination decisions hesitancy remains limited. This review aims to identify analyze studies addressing two key questions: what influences decision vaccinate are associated with vaccine hesitancy. Methods: systematic was conducted following PRISMA guidelines. Data collection utilized descriptors related adherence hesitancy, based on PEO strategy Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Searches were in Embase, Scopus, PubMed, Lilacs, Web Science, focusing publications from 2021, year first approved. After excluding duplicates selecting articles eligibility criteria, analysis involved data extraction methodological quality assessment using JBI tools. Results: A total 5268 identified, 30 included this study. Factors low education levels, social media influence, confidence safety, fear side effects. In contrast, linked higher education, income, older age, existing comorbidities. Conclusions: The findings highlight urgent need for targeted health communication strategies, particularly vulnerable groups. Public policies should incorporate these enhance build public essential mitigating future emergencies.
