Background
In
recent
decades,
physical
activity
intervention
programs
have
been
developed
to
reduce
overweight
and
obesity
in
adolescents.

population
is

reach

Purpose
Repeated
sprint
exercises
(RSEs)
are
widely
used
to
improve
physical
fitness;

their
specific
effects

cardiac
autonomic
recovery
(CAR)
