This
study
aims
to
assess
the
levels
of
social
support,
fear
disease
progression
(FOP)
and
health
promotion
behaviors
in
patients
with
obstructive
sleep
apnea-hypopnea
syndrome
(OSAHS),
examine
associations
between
FOP,
OSAHS
patients,
a
focus
on
exploring
mediating
role
support.
The
findings
aim
provide
insights
for
enhancing
among
China
offer
theoretical
foundation
healthcare
professionals
devising
intervention
strategies
promote
individuals
OSAHS.

Abstract
Background
Adolescent
malignant-bone
tumor
patients'
fear
of
cancer
recurrence
is
a
significant
psychological
issue,
and
exploring
the
influencing
factors
associated
with
in
this
population
important
for
developing
effective
interventions.
This
study
to
investigate
current
status
(FCR)
related
malignant
bone-tumors
adolescent
patients,
providing
evidence
future
targeted
mental
health
support
Design
A
cross-sectional
survey.
Methods
In
total,
269
cases
were
treated
at
two
hospitals
Zhejiang
Province,
China
from
January
2023
December
2023.
Patients
completed
General
Information
Questionnaire,
Fear
Progression
Questionnaire-Short
Form
(FoP-Q-SF),
Family
Hardiness
Index
(FHI),
Simple
Coping
Style
Questionnaire
(SCSQ).
Univariate
multivariable
logistic
regressions
analysis
used
assess
recurrence.
Results
total
122
(45.4%)
patients
experienced
FCR
(FoP-Q-SF
≥
34).
Logistic
regression
analyses
showed
that
per
capita-monthly
family
income,
stage,
communication
between
treating
physician
patient,
patient's
relationships,
hardiness
positive
coping
score,
negative
score
main
these
(
P
<
0.05).
Conclusions
profound.
Healthcare
professionals
should
develop
interventional
strategies
based
on
identified
factors,
which
affect
patients;
helping
increase
hardiness,
positively
adapt,
avoid
styles.
