Heterogeneity quantified using I² statistic, methodological quality each study assessed a modified Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. Out 1,123 articles identified, 17 met inclusion criteria included 7,248 participants. The pooled estimate 61.1% (95% CI: 44.2-75.7%), high heterogeneity (I² = 99%). Additionally, hesitancy prevalence 13.2%, 2.4-48.6%), reflecting substantial variability had 98%). reveal moderate considerable PLWH. To further increase uptake address any remaining in this at-risk population, targeted public health strategies ongoing research are necessary.
