Parental vaccine hesitancy is a global public health issue that leads to lower immunization coverage among children. While mistrust increased racialized adults, whether parental differs by ethnicity in the era of COVID-19 unknown. Addressing these gaps literature, this study explores factors influencing racially diverse and representative sample Canadian parents children aged 0 12, comparing perspectives across different racial groups. An online survey was administered nationally Arab, Asian, Black, Indigenous, White, Mixed-race from October November 2023. Vaccine hesitancy presents a significant challenge to public health, particularly in culturally diverse regions, such as South Tyrol, Italy. This article examines the interplay between political influences, conspiracy theories, and vaccine an autonomous province characterised by its linguistic diversity historical scepticism toward central authority. study aimed identify important drivers of propose targeted strategies enhance acceptance. Peer-reviewed grey literature was examined explore sociocultural factors, dynamics, narratives influencing Tyrol.
