Early childhood caries is one the world's most common problems in infants and treatment of posterior teeth with esthetic crowns a low rate wear on opposite dentition challenge for pediatric dentists. The purpose this vitro study was to evaluate behavior tooth colored crown materials opposing using different mixed period. following type were considered experiment. Primary molars consist first second that close exfoliation or needed be extracted because orthodontic free no restorations. Permanent consisted third Three types used: nano-hybrid resin (VarseoSmile Crown plus; Bego GmbH), tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline stabilized 3 mol% yttria (G-CERAM; Atlas Enta), lithium disilicate glass-ceramic (IPS e.max CAD; Ivoclar AG). test performed an artificial saliva environment (pH=6.7), based pin-on-plate technique, 2-mm stroke, under compressive force 30-N, at frequency 2-Hz 10 000, 20 30 000 cycles. A multi-way ANOVA statistical method used (α=.05). Wear by greater than (P<.05). All wore primary more permanent Compared resin, led predictable compared other 2 materials. Zirconia disilicate-based caused both materials, yet exhibited less themselves when opposed teeth.

Various types of crowns are used for full-coverage restoration primary teeth affected by caries, developmental defects, or after pulp therapy. Prefabricated Stainless Steel and Zirconia commonly utilized. Bioflx crowns, which blend the properties Zirconia, provide a flexible aesthetically pleasing alternative.
