Objective:

Social
fragility,
defined
as
the
inability
of
a
society
to
manage
risks
and
resolve
conflicts
without
violence
or
external
aid,
is
closely
linked
early
fertility
domestic
violence,
particularly
among
vulnerable
populations.
These
challenges
were
exacerbated
by
COVID-19
pandemic,
which
exposed
regional
disparities
across
Colombia,
in
areas
with
weak
social
infrastructure
high
dependence
on
public
policies.
This
study
integrates
data
from
all
Colombian
departments
annual
births,
deaths
cause,
perpetrator,
other
demographic
factors
construct
key
indicators
structural
inequalities.

measure

developed
Early
Fertility
Fragility
Index
(EFFI)

Generalized
Linear
Model
(GLM)

ABSTRACT
Gender-based
violence
refers
to
directed
against
a
person
because
of
that
person’s
gender
or
affects
persons
particular
disproportionately.
It
is
estimated
30%
women
worldwide
have
suffered
either
physical
and/or
sexual
in
their
lifetime.
Primary
Health
Care
could
be
one
the
ideal
places
for
detection
these
situations,
but
most
cases
remain
undetected
as
victims
often
decline
seek
medical
care
after
suffering
an
event.
This
work
shows
public
primary
health
system
Catalonia
might
registering
only
around
50%
currently,
and
it
will
take
more
than
20
years

whole

socioeconomic

Abstract
Introduction
Gender-based
violence
(GBV)
is
a
major
public
health
problem
that
disproportionately
affects
women.
In
Cameroon,
as
well
other
countries
worldwide,
GBV
has
immediate
effects
on
women’s
health,
with
one
in
three
women
experiencing
physical
or
sexual
from
an
intimate
partner,
affecting
their
and
reproductive
health.
The
objective
of
this
study
was
to
determine
the
risks
associated
among
Yaoundé.
Methods
A
cross-sectional
conducted
Yaoundé
(Cameroon),

October
2022.
