Background: Gold nanoparticles (GNPs) have garnered considerable attention in various biomedical applications due to their unique physicochemical properties. Understanding the dose-dependent histological effects of GNPs on liver tissue animal models is crucial for evaluating safety profile and optimizing therapeutic applications. This study aimed evaluate hepatotoxicity bacterially derived GNP rat proceeding into a further study. Material Methods: Male Wistar rats were divided four groups: control, 25, 50, 100, 200 mg/kg GNP, given 15-day acclimatization period. The subjected lipid peroxidation, oxidative stress, histology tests. Results: levels ALT, AST, albumin significantly differed from control group (P<0.001), as revealed Fig. 1. results that treated with 50 mg/Kg had most beneficial effects, while GSH higher 100 mg/GNPs than groups 20 mg/L GNPs. In addition, GNPs-treated showed an increase inflammation liver, presence inflammatory cells. Conclusion: These findings emphasize importance thorough evaluations coming research.

Background: Energy drinks (EDs) have become a mainstay for many people looking quick energy boost thanks to their enormous rise in popularity recent years. However, several studies brought attention the possible negative health consequences linked intake of these drinks. Objective: This study aimed look into impact EDs on liver biochemical, histology, and glucose levels as well.Materials methods: Three groups rats were placed: control group, red bull power horse each receiving regular diet daily drink.liver, kidney, glucose, insulin evaluated.Further, histological examination was evaluated. Results: ALT AST blood significantly higher drink compared group. There no significant differences between groups.Serum creatinine also with difference groups.Random sugar groups.Insulin group both groups, but there change groups.Additionally, damage confirmed by biopsy patients who had ingested EDs.Conclusion: The use like has been shown serious adverse effects liver.Consequently, it is important be aware potential risks associated consuming drinks. Materials methods source ingredientsRed Bull bought cans (250 ml) at an on-site grocery Alex. Red following ingredients 100 ml serving: taurine (400 mg), sucrose ________________________

Silymarin (SLR) is a poorly water-soluble bioactive compound with wide range of therapeutic activities. Nanosized silymarin vesicles (F1–F6) were prepared by the solvent evaporation rehydration method. The evaluated for vesicle size, surface charge, entrapment efficiency, and drug release studies. optimized SLR lipid (F3) was further modified addition cationic polymer chitosan. After that, (F3C1) assessed permeation flux, antimicrobial activity, cell viability, molecular docking showed nanometric size (<250 nm), low polydispersibility index (<0.05), negative high (85–95 %). study result demonstrated maximum 91.2 ± 2.8 %. adding chitosan to surface, there significant change in index, charge (positive), encapsulation efficiency. found be prolonged, flux also increased comparison free SLR. A comparative observed standard drug. viability assay IC50 value F3C1 against line.

Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) poses a significant global health challenge, with rising prevalence and associated complications. Despite available treatments, the search for safer more effective options continues. This study investigates potential of chitosan-doped gold nanoparticles (AuNPs-chito) as novel therapeutic approach DM. Chitosan shows promise flexible biomolecule management several pathophysiological problems linked to diabetes mellitus because its dual roles an antidiabetic agent medication carrier Methods: Streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats were treated AuNPs-chito, various biochemical histopathological parameters assessed. Results: Our data indicate that AuNPs-Chito administration led improvements in blood glucose levels, lipid profiles, oxidative stress markers, liver function compared untreated rats. Histopathological examination revealed restoration hepatic architecture AuNPs-chito-treated Conclusion: These findings suggest AuNPs-chito may offer promising strategy managing DM by mitigating improving metabolic parameters.

Background: Pancreatitis, a prevalent inflammatory condition affecting the pancreas, presents with symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. The quest for innovative therapeutic strategies to address this has led growing interest in silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) doped chitosan due their antimicrobial anti-inflammatory properties. Chitosan, natural polysaccharide derived from crustacean exoskeletons, exhibits biocompatibility various biological activities, including effects. This study investigates efficacy of AgNPs-Chito alleviating pancreatitis an animal model induced by oral administration ethyl alcohol. Methods: Adult male Swiss albino rats were divided into control, (pancreatitis but not treated), treated groups. Parameters liver function markers, blood glucose levels, pancreatic enzymes, oxidative markers evaluated. Results indicate that treatment significantly improved reduced decreased levels enzymes compared group. Furthermore, exhibited antioxidant properties reducing reactive oxygen species enhancing glutathione S-transferase activity. Histopathological examination revealed protective effects on tissue integrity. Conclusion: These findings suggest potential benefits mitigating alcohol-induced through its multifaceted antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, actions. Further research is warranted elucidate mechanisms underlying these explore translational novel therapy pancreatitis.
