To effectively address crisis emergence of new virus such as monkeypox, a collective and collaborative effort between scientists, engineers, innovators, artists from all ages, regions, diverse fields is required. This review explores holistic approach to addressing the monkeypox by integrating nanobiosensors, artificial intelligence, visual arts, humanities, social sciences. Traditional diagnostic methods are often limited time, accessibility, accuracy, but advancement point‐of‐care smart nanobiosensors offers promising shift toward rapid, precise, accessible diagnostics. They enhance ability screen, diagnose, monitor infections efficiently, contributing better disease management. Beyond technological innovation, essential role sciences in fostering public engagement, understanding, acceptance tools emphasized. Visual arts can illustrate scientific concepts, making them more relatable, while storytelling through various media reduce stigma promote preventive measures. Social provide insights into cultural attitudes, behaviors, health challenges, ensuring that solutions integrated communities. By combining these disciplines, this presents comprehensive framework for resilient global system aligns with One Health principles, emphasizing interconnectedness human, animal, environmental health.

Vaccine acceptance among People Living with HIV (PLWH) is crucial for managing and mitigating the spread of infectious diseases, including Mpox. This systematic review meta-analysis assess rate vaccine Mpox PLWH identify factors influencing these rates. We searched major databases PubMed, Embase, Web Science up to 30 August 2024 observational studies involving that reported on mpox A random-effects model was employed meta-analysis, utilizing R software version 4.4. Heterogeneity quantified using I² statistic, methodological quality each study assessed a modified Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. Out 1,123 articles identified, 17 met inclusion criteria included 7,248 participants. The pooled estimate 61.1% (95% CI: 44.2-75.7%), high heterogeneity (I² = 99%). Additionally, hesitancy prevalence 13.2%, 2.4-48.6%), reflecting substantial variability had 98%). reveal moderate considerable PLWH. To further increase uptake address any remaining in this at-risk population, targeted public health strategies ongoing research are necessary. Abstract Mpox, formerly known as monkeypox, has gained significant attention globally due to recent outbreaks, particularly the emergence of Clade 1b strain. The World Health Organization declared a Public Emergency International Concern in August 2024, emphasizing need for robust public health responses. In India, first case was reported September highlighting urgent requirement enhanced preparedness. This article examines current landscape Mpox discussing its epidemiology, measures, and challenges faced controlling spread disease. Key include stigmatization affected populations, resource limitations healthcare infrastructure, necessity early detection awareness. To address these challenges, recommendations are proposed, focusing on community engagement, strengthening surveillance systems, fostering international collaboration, implementing effective crisis communication strategies. A coordinated response involving multiple sectors is crucial combat protect India. By adopting comprehensive approach, India can enhance resilience against similar threats.
