Hospitals and healthcare workers in Africa, Nigeria specifically, are increasingly being confronted by complex situations, which decision-making becomes more troublesome the presence of conflicting goals, values, preferences among respective stakeholders. Given that all requires ethical considerations, there is a noted absence or paucity documentation institutionalized mechanisms for addressing any associated concern dilemma Nigeria, it thus unclear how most hospitals, workers, public handle dimensions patients' care hospital practice, while also generating possibilities improvement quality. This paper an attempt to heighten awareness need clinical ethics support services (CESS) encourage thought, reflection dialogue over issues raised. The authors, drawing from their experiences as practicing bioethicists health professionals, well findings unpublished exploratory qualitative study review literature, posit ripe formalization CESS, especially at tertiary level care. Based on identified bioethics manpower capacity societal utilization existing telecommunication infrastructure we propose establishment homegrown socially responsive pilot initiative which, on-site services, web/portal-based online component will be accessible interested professionals/students, patients, bioethicists, members public.
