This study aimed to validate the Korean version of Cancer Fatigue Scale (CFS-K) as a reliable tool for assessing cancer-related fatigue (CRF) cancer survivors. A total 208 survivors who completed active treatment participated in evaluating reliability, construct validity, and factor structure CFS-K through confirmatory analysis (CFA). Correlations with Functional Assessment Chronic Illness Therapy-Fatigue (FACT-F) European Organization Research Treatment Quality Life Questionnaire Core-30 (EORTC QLQ-C30) scales were analyzed assess validity. The demonstrated strong psychometric properties, high internal consistency (Cronbach's α = 0.875) CFA validated three-factor (physical, cognitive, affective fatigue) acceptable model fit indices (normed χ2 2.62, CFI 0.899, TLI 0.878, RMSEA 0.088, SRMR 0.069). standardized loadings all items exceeded 0.5. Construct validity was confirmed correlations FACT-F (r 0.43-0.73) significant EORTC QLQ-C30 subscales. reported significantly higher levels across subscales than controls. is valid multidimensional CRF

Design Systematic review network meta‐analysis based on PRISMA‐NMA guidelines. Methods Six databases were searched. Two authors independently performed literature screening, data extraction methodological quality assessment included studies. Traditional pairwise was by R Studio. A then conducted effects interventions Results Fifty‐two studies involving seven types enrolled. The indicated that natural plant‐based therapies might be most effective, health education second honey third effective reducing incidence mucositis. For mucositis‐related pain, showed only effective. Conclusions Nonpharmacological management among Relevance clinical practice a category safe adjunctive should encouraged practice.
