Background Female nurses have been considered as a vulnerable population in the context of mental health, due to nature their work, which can be stressful and emotionally taxing. Understanding relationship between depressive symptoms quality work life (QWL) contribute improving health job performance. However, limited studies focused on effect QWL female nurses. Objectives The present study aimed assess nurses’ using propensity score matching (PSM). Methods A cross-sectional, online convenience sampling was conducted among 1,401 China. PSM used minimize impact potential confounders no symptoms. Stepwise multiple linear regression analyses were performed samples explore effects QWL. Results results revealed there 33.5% reported before PSM. And this had moderate level (122.11 ± 18.15), remained steady after (118.33 18.04). After PSM, final sample contained 864 indicated that most strongly associated with ( β = −0.454, p < 0.001). Abstract Background Different mental disorders may be associated with many work-related factors to which primary health care workers (PHCWs) are exposed. The current research aims measure the rates of depression, anxiety, and stress among PHCWs, their causes in (PHC) settings. Methods An explanatory sequential mixed methods design was employed this from January 2021 2022 Tabriz, Iran’s PHC centers. First, study followed an online-based cross-sectional survey using a self-reported questionnaire. Depression, Anxiety Stress Scale-21 Items (DASS-21) questions on demographic characteristics were completed by 303 frontline PHCWs during quantitative phase. In qualitative phase, semi-structured interview held 12 who had highest level identify reasons sources prevalence. Quantitative data analyzed descriptive statistics via SPSS-26. A content analysis performed analyze data. Results results showed that stress, depression prevalence 40.3%, 42.9%, 42.6%, respectively. A significant number of older adults still have unfulfilled needs related to healthcare and social services. Policymakers health administrators can turn this challenge into a golden opportunity through proper planning policymaking. Several studies have indicated that the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on nurses' psychological and physical quality of life (QoL), as well their professional well-being. The literature also indicates perceived stress, resilience, social support, psychosocial work environment identification may be determinants these variables. Thus, this study aimed to investigate Portuguese For longitudinal study, data were collected through self-administered questionnaires focused QoL, well-being, sociodemographic characteristics. collection spanned three distinct time points, from November 2021 June 2023. ABSTRACT Aims To explore the persistent changes in working conditions and nursing practices high acuity settings post COVID‐19 pandemic era. Design A qualitative systematic review using meta‐aggregation design of Joanna Briggs Institute. Methods After screening by two authors based on inclusion exclusion criteria, 36 studies were included. Quality was appraised Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist for Qualitative Research. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'deki sağlık sektörü çalışanlarının iş yaşam kalitesi, beyin göçü algıları ve sağlıkta şiddet maruziyeti arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Çalışmada gruplar arası farklılıkların tespitinde bağımsız örneklem t-testi ANOVA kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada demografik özellikleri belirlemeye yönelik anket kısmının yanı sıra Beyin Göçü Tutumu Ölçeği, İş Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği Şiddete Yönelik Tutum Anketi Çalışmanın örneklemi 331 çalışanından oluşmaktadır. Sonuçlar, iş-yaşam kalitesinin sektöre göre önemli ölçüde farklılaştığını, özel sektör kamu sektöründekilere daha yüksek puanlar bildirdiğini göstermektedir. medeni durum çocuk sahipliğinden etkilenmekte, evli olmayan çocuksuz bireyler cazip olarak algılamaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda, şiddete maruz kalmanın tutumları ile pozitif ilişkili olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Ancak, kalitesi algılarını doğrudan etkilememektedir. ABSTRACT Aim To identify predictors of nurses' perceived care quality, explore their understanding high‐quality and propose improvement strategies to inform clinical practice. Methods Quantitative used cross‐sectional from the 2017 Chinese Nursing Work Environment Survey (C‐NWES). Background: One of the significant challenge's healthcare faces is ensuring nurses' well-being. Nurses' work-life based on concept involvement between nurses and overall working environment, when organizations assess quality work-life, will know which areas need improvement. Aim: To explore relationship work life job among staff nurses. Design: A descriptive correlational study design was utilized. Setting: This conducted at Cairo University Hospital. Study Sample: convenience sample all available (n=193). Tools: Personal data, Quality Work Life, questionnaires were used for data collection. Results: The findings revealed that 52.3% reported a moderate level QWL: highest percent (60.1%) low involvement: mean percentage (61.66 %,) responses related to context dimension. Conversely, lowest (53.75%) their work-life/home life. Conclusions: There strong positive correlation perception total dimensions: life/ home, design, context, world, involvement. Recommendations: Hospital administrators policymakers should establish clear balance policies, develop standards, implement strategies increase workability healthy lifestyle behaviors affecting quality. Nurse managers promote manageable workloads. Nurses prioritize self-care, hobbies, activities outside improve QWL. Further research required determine factors affect how they relate it.
