Background
Female
nurses
have
been
considered
as
a
vulnerable
population
in
the
context
of
mental
health,
due
to
nature
their
work,
which
can
be
stressful
and
emotionally
taxing.
Understanding
relationship
between
depressive
symptoms
quality
work
life
(QWL)
contribute
improving
health
job
performance.
However,
limited
studies
focused
on
effect
QWL
female
nurses.
Objectives
The
present
study
aimed
assess
nurses’
using
propensity
score
matching
(PSM).
Methods
A
cross-sectional,
online
convenience
sampling
was
conducted
among
1,401
China.
PSM
used
minimize
impact
potential
confounders
no
symptoms.
Stepwise
multiple
linear
regression
analyses
were
performed
samples
explore
effects
QWL.
Results
results
revealed
there
33.5%
reported

PSM.

had
moderate

Abstract
Background
Different
mental
disorders
may
be
associated
with
many
work-related
factors
to
which
primary
health
care
workers
(PHCWs)
are
exposed.
The
current
research
aims
measure
the
rates
of
depression,
anxiety,
and
stress
among
PHCWs,
their
causes
in
(PHC)
settings.
Methods
An
explanatory
sequential
mixed
methods
design
was
employed
this
from
January
2021

Tabriz,
Iran’s
PHC
centers.

an
online-based
cross-sectional
survey
using
a
self-reported
questionnaire.

Background:
One

the
significant
challenge's
