Abstract
Background
Exposure
to
compassion
fatigue
during
internships
can
significantly

nursing
students’
future
career
trajectories
and
their
intention

in
the
profession.
Accurately
identifying
students
at
high
risk
of

timely
interventions.

existing
assessment
tools
often
fail

lack
predictive
capabilities.
