ABSTRACT Aims This study aims to explore the relationship between nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding older adult abuse their caring behaviours, focusing on Iranian nurses. Design A cross‐sectional exploratory study. Methods correlational design included 250 nurses from medical education centres in Ardabil. three‐part questionnaire assessed demographic characteristics, elder caregiving. Data were collected August October 2024 analysed using ANOVA, t ‐tests, Pearson correlations, multiple regression analysis. Results The study's findings are significant, revealing a moderate level of knowledge among about abuse. There significant positive correlations with higher levels associated better behaviours. However, practice scores did not align indicating barriers such as workload lack training. Conclusion reveal link attitudes toward Positive Caring Behaviours Assessment scores, suggesting that educational programs should enhance understanding empathy care. Background: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality among older adults. Lifestyle modifications, including diet, physical activity, smoking cessation, are key to reducing cardiovascular risk. This study examines the combined effects these behaviors on outcomes their mediating mechanisms. Methods: A cross-sectional was conducted adults (aged ≥ 60 years) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Data dietary quality, status were collected using validated questionnaires. outcomes, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), systolic blood pressure (SBP), body mass index (BMI), measured. composite risk score computed. ABSTRACT Aim To explore the impact of simulation‐based training on communication and empathy skills among nurses working with elderly patients in Abha region Saudi Arabia. Abstract Background Recent guidelines in paediatric critical care emphasize the implementation of evidence-based liberation bundle to improve patient outcomes intensive units (PICUs). However, there is limited information on application this Egyptian hospitals, and effectiveness educational programs nurse performance context remains unclear. Aim This study aimed evaluate effect an program nurses’ regarding unit. Methods A one-group pre/post quasi-experimental design was employed. Chronic illnesses among older adults require effective self-management strategies. Community health coaching, which provides personalized guidance and support, has shown promise in improving behaviors patient activation. This study examines the impact of coaching on investigates mediating role A cross-sectional was conducted with 200 chronic attending primary healthcare centers Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Data were collected using Patient Activation Measure (PAM-13), Self-Management Behavior Scale (SMBS), Health Coaching Perception Questionnaire (HCPQ). Multiple regression mediation analyses to assess relationships between activation, behaviors. significantly associated improved (β = 0.42, p < 0.001). Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly transforming nursing administration by enhancing operational efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making. This study explores registered nurses perceptions of AI in Saudi Arabia, focusing on both challenges opportunities. A cross-sectional survey 202 revealed that 93.6% believe improves understanding, 88.1% feel it enhances the quality learning. Significant correlations were found between years experience usage (r = 0.342, p < 0.001) sources information perception 0.146, 0.039). While 80.7% expressed concern could reduce critical thinking, 76.8% feared job displacement. Abstract Background: Patient-centered care (PCC) has emerged as a crucial approach in the healthcare delivery for older adults due to aging population and unique challenges they face. Long-term management patient involvement are particularly relevant outpatient settings. This scoping review provides comprehensive overview of existing evidence on PCC adults, mapping definitions, elements, stakeholder perspectives, barriers implementation, practical models adoptation. Additionally, it offers actionable recommendations integrating into systems low- middle-income countries (LMICs). Methods: A systematic search was conducted PubMed, Web Science, Scopus, Google Scholar 2 August 2024, with no publication year restrictions, capture full range available evidence. We adhered JBI methodology reviews. Data synthesis involved descriptive findings contextualized support integration LMIC systems. Results: From an initial pool 1474 sources, 76 records were included data extraction. The majority definitions shared key themes, including partnership patients decision-making, holistic care, coordination across multiple disciplines. revealed that while providers goal achieving high-quality, personalized their perspectives differed. Nurses working in palliative and end-of-life care settings face significant emotional challenges due to the demanding nature of their profession. This study aimed explore resilience these nurses, understanding factors that contribute resilience, impact on professional well-being performance, strategies enhance resilience. A qualitative was conducted involving 15 registered nurses from various healthcare facilities Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Background: Chronic pain is prevalent among the elderly and significantly affects their quality of life (QoL). Pain intensity scales are crucial tools in evaluating severity tailoring management strategies.
