Abstract Background: Moral resilience is essential for nursing interns to cope with ethical conflicts during their internships. Oncology nurses have a vital role in providing care for individuals with cancer. Ethical dilemmas arise oncology caring these patients. Nurses experience moral distress when work conflicts personal beliefs, leading to inappropriate responses or uncertainty about ethics. The ethical climate might influence nurses' response distress. Moral can lead work-related stressors like compassion fatigue. This study examined the relationship between distress, climate, and fatigue nursing. Moreover, of as mediator link was examined. Aim: To investigate the relationship between mindful self-care and compassion fatigue chain mediating effects of resilience professional identity. Background: Compassion is a critical quality for nurses, but they often face risk fatigue. Methods: From October 2023 to May 2024, cross-sectional survey was conducted in six tertiary hospitals Guangdong, Henan, Jiangsu provinces by convenience sampling. A total 1315 clinical nurses hospital were surveyed using Social-demographic Characteristics Questionnaire, Chinese Version Brief Mindful Self-Care Scale, Connor-Davidson Resilience Professional Identity Scale Nurses, Fatigue Short Scale. The mediation model analyzed bias-corrected bootstrapping method with PROCESS 4.1 implemented SPSS 26.0.
