Nurses frequently encounter complex ethical dilemmas and high-stress environments. Moral resilience, characterized by the ability to navigate these challenges with confidence integrity, is essential for optimal patient care personal well-being. This study aimed culturally adapt validate Persian version of Rushton Resilience Scale (RMRS) among Iranian nurses. methodological employed a convenience sample 659 nurses working in clinical wards public private hospitals Kermanshah City, Iran. The RMRS was translated into using forward-backward translation method proposed Polit Yang. To assess psychometric properties RMRS, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory (CFA), reliability were conducted. Exploratory (EFA) (CFA) supported structure identifying four factors comprising 15 items, which accounted 50.98% total variance. CFA model exhibited good fit indices: χ²/df = 2.35, RMSEA 0.061, NNFI/TLI 0.91, CFI 0.94, GFI SRMR 0.049. scale demonstrated satisfactory internal consistency, Macdonald Omega coefficient 0.728 an Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) 0.715 (95% CI: 0.677-0.749). present successfully adapted validated sound properties, including acceptable validity. These findings suggest that can be valuable tool researchers healthcare professionals moral resilience nurses, enabling deeper understanding this construct its implications Not applicable.

Identifying the causes and consequences of work interruptions in nursing is crucial, as they play a vital role improving workflow, nurse well-being, enhancing patient safety. Therefore, by considering these factors, healthcare institutions can implement effective interventions strategies to improve environment while simultaneously quality care. This study aims culturally adapt psychometrically evaluate Persian version Nursing Work Interruption Scale. methodological cross-sectional involved sample 506 nurses selected through convenience sampling. The translation cultural adaptation Scale were conducted using Polit Yang model. Abstract Background Digital health competence is increasingly recognized as a core for care professionals. A comprehensive evaluation of knowledge, skills, performance, values, and attitudes necessary to adapt evolving digital technologies essential. DigiHealthCom (Digital Health Competence) well-established instrument designed assess across diverse Objective This study aimed translate culturally into simplified Chinese (Mandarin) verify its reliability validity in assessing Methods was translated following the guideline proposed by original developers. The cultural adaptation involved expert review cognitive interviewing. Internal consistency, test-retest reliability, content validity, convergent discriminant factor structure were examined. Item analysis tested item discrimination, correlation, homogeneity. consistency assessed using Cronbach α, measured intraclass correlation coefficient. Content through both scale indices. Convergent Average Variance Extracted Composite Reliability, while heterotrait-monotrait ratio. five-dimension model confirmed confirmatory analysis. Results finalized version completed after addressing differences between back-translations version. No discrepancies affecting clarity reported during validation process 398 eligible professionals from 36 cities 15 provinces China, with 43 participants undergoing retest 2-week interval. Critical ratio values (range 16.05‐23.77, P <.001), item-total coefficients 0.69‐0.89), α if deleted 0.91‐0.96) indicated satisfactory dimensions ranged 0.94 0.98, indicating good internal consistency. coefficient 0.90 (95% CI 0.81‐0.95), reliability. index 0.82 1.00, 0.97, validity. (average variance extracted: 0.60‐0.79; composite reliability: 0.94‐0.95) divergent (heterotrait-monotrait ratio: 0.72‐0.89) satisfactory. Confirmatory well-fit (robust chi-square df ratio=3.10, comparative fit index=0.91, Tucker-Lewis index=0.90, incremental root-mean-square error approximation=0.07, standardized residual=0.05), each having loading exceeding 0.40. Conclusions has been proved be reliable valid. It now available among assessment can used guide policy makers educators designing implementable educational programs interventions.
