Youth organizations are very important for the development of young people. It is thought that leadership orientations youth leaders and decision-making mechanisms which they use in terms being role models people who will play an construction future. This study aims to investigate relationship between styles individuals working as camps affiliated Ministry Sports, a non-profit public organization. A total 197 camp leaders, consisting 45 females 152 males, voluntarily participated research. The Multifactor Leadership Orientations Scale Decision-Making Styles were used collect research data. According correlation analysis results, positive moderate level was found rational structural (r=.553), human resource (r=.531), political (r=.429), charismatic (r=.475) dimensions. There weak intuitive style (r=.165), (r=.232), there (r=.355), (r=.381) dependent (r=.207) (r=.187) negative observed avoidant (r=-.171). regression (β=.295), (β=.248) (β=.198) dimensions have significant influence on sub-dimension scale. Charismatic (β=.315) dimension has Human (β=.225) In conclusion, exhibit structural, human-oriented, likely effectively employ approach. ABSTRACT Aim To examine the direct and indirect predictors of thriving at work its impact on intention to leave organisation or profession among early career nurses. This study examines the relationships between leadership display of curiosity, employees' creative performance, and two psychological conditions mediating this relationship. Purpose This study aims to examine employee turnover using machine learning models, focusing on both predictive performance and practical application. Its aim is identify the main factors influencing evaluate effectiveness of classification regression trees (CART) alongside widely used models such as Random Forest, XGBoost, Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes Support Vector Machines. Design/methodology/approach The uses IBM human resources (HR) Analytics data set, which contains records from 15,000 employees, analyse patterns multiple evaluated through Precision, Recall F1-Score balance accuracy interpretability.
