Nurses' workplaces are critical to both the levels and types of care nurses can deliver as well employee retention. The quality workplace environment is a significant predictor employment outcomes, such improved decrease in nurses' desire leave their work. A healthy nursing safe, empowering, fulfilling place which all healthcare personnel tirelessly for patients' optimal health wellness. aim this study identify association between engagement among clinical settings. descriptive cross-sectional correlational design was used. Convenience sampling used recruit 349 from various hospitals central northern region Saudi Arabia. four-part electronic questionnaire eliciting information on participants' sociodemographic characteristics, job work-related life (WRQoL), collected. All ethical guidelines scientific research human beings were strictly followed. participants had average WRQoL. However, they generally moderate high engagement, reflects low intention findings demonstrated statistically positive link WRQoL participants. When improved, increased significantly. Improving will almost definitely enhance reduce intentions employment. It advised that order increase workplace, have fewer thoughts about leaving, make plans leave.

Background: Nurses experience high levels of anxiety and depression since they work in a highly stressful environment. Thus, the identification preventive factors against nurses’ is essential to improve their quality life. In this context, our aim was examine impact resilience social support on depressive symptoms. Methods: A cross-sectional online study implemented Greece September 2024. We used Brief Resilience Scale, Multidimensional Scale Perceived Social Support, Patient Health Questionnaire-4 measure resilience, support, anxiety, symptoms, respectively. Results: Our sample included 677 nurses with mean age 37.73 years (standard deviation: 9.38). multivariable linear regression models identified negative relationship between (adjusted standardized beta coefficient =−0.38; p < 0.001) symptoms = −0.36; 0.001). Similarly, we found that significant others’ associated reduced −0.27; −0.23; The indicated has greater than support.
