Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is a common infectious of the female upper reproductive tract, and its pathological basis immune response. The imbalance gut microflora (GM) may lead to development process. A large number studies have shown that fecal microbiota transplantation, probiotics, bacteria, prebiotics, dietary intervention play potential role in remodeling GM treating diseases. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are involved cell development, proliferation, apoptosis other physiological processes. In addition, they an important process, participating regulation proinflammatory anti-inflammatory pathways. Differences miRNA profiles be PID diagnostic tools serve as prognostic markers disease. relationship between has not been fully elucidated. Recent induction dysbiosis. turn, can regulate expression improve status body. Therefore, this review aims describe interaction PID, find precise targeted therapy for PID.

Background: To date, the etiology and pathogenesis of endometriosis are still unclear determined by a number factors (genetic, immunological endocrine), including microbiological ones. Aim: The aim this study was to characterize clinical course in papillomavirus infection. Materials methods: This retrospective analysis included 185 outpatient records patients with genital comprised complaints, anamnesis data, objective examination, cytological molecular biological examination results. All were divided into two groups. Group 1 (main) consisted human (n = 56), group 2 (comparison) no 129). Results: frequency detection among 30.3 (95% confidence interval 24–38)%. most frequent types detected 31 (20%), 16 (18%), 18 56 (16%), 53 (13%). conclusion cervical examination: following 54/56 had negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy (NILM) 2/56 low grade squamous (LSIL), all NILM. average duration 8.2 ± 5.0 years 9.4 5.9 (p 0.15). We found differences between groups respect parameters: age sexual debut 17.82 1.47 18.53 1.43 2, respectively. Dyspareunia occurred 77 63–87)% women Groups 42 33–51)% 0.001). pain severity score according visual analogue scale 6.7 2.4 2.8 points, respectively 0.039). In 1, impaired vaginal microbiocenosis more common. Conclusions: Human every third woman endometriosis, often genotypes high carcinogenic risk. Among features presence papillomavirus, pronounced syndrome symptoms dyspareunia noted. observed.

Endometriosis is a complicated, estrogen-dependent gynecological condition with high morbidity rate. Pain, as the most common clinical symptom of endometriosis, severely affects women's physical and mental health exacerbates socioeconomic burden. However, specific mechanisms behind occurrence endometriosis-related pain remain unclear. It currently believed that endometriosis related to various factors, such immune abnormalities, endocrine disorders, brain-gut axis, angiogenesis, mechanical stimulation. These factors induce systemic chronic inflammation, which stimulates nerves subsequently alters neural plasticity, leading nociceptive sensitization thereby causing pain. In this paper, we compile review articles published on study mechanisms. Starting from influencing associated explain relationship between these inflammation further elaborate potential by induces sensitization. We aim reveal possible pain, well sensitization, offer new targets for treatment
