Cuprotosis related genes (CRGs) have been proved to be potential therapeutic targets for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and cancer, but their immune molecular mechanisms in COVID-19 infection Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBC/DLBCL) patients are rarely reported. Our research goal is first screen the key CRGs through univariate analysis, machine learning clinical samples. Secondly, we determined expression prognostic role of DLBCL pan-cancer analysis. We validated levels prognosis using multiple datasets independent samples functional cell experiments. Finally, infected analyzed common pathways DLBCL. The results show that synuclein-alpha (SNCA) differential gene cells confirm high SNCA can significantly promote apoptosis inhibit cycle progression High regulate binding major histocompatibility complexes (MHCs) T receptor (TCR) by regulating infiltration Dendritic cells, effectively enhancing cell-mediated anti-tumor immunity clearing cancer cells. In conclusion, may a target patients. study provides theoretical basis improving treatment

Ubiquitin like modifier activating enzyme 1 (UBA1) plays an important role in immune regulation and cellular function. However, the functional mechanism of UBA1 pan-cancer have not been fully elucidated its value haematological tumours (diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBC/DLBCL) acute myeloid leukaemia (AML/LAML)) has explored. We conducted a comprehensive analysis using multiple databases, including differential expression analysis, clinical pathological staging prognosis analysis. Then, we confirmed function through experiments. The results showed that was significantly increased most cancers mainly concentrated digestive tumours, brain tumours. Moreover, high had poor which may be related to involvement various cancer-related pathways such as cycle, well methylation level, protein phosphorylation infiltration therapy response. Cell experiments can regulate cycle progression apoptosis DLBCL cells AML cells. Therefore, potential therapeutic target for In summary, our study only comprehensively analysed mechanisms pan-cancer, but also validated first time regulatory
