The use of biopreparations currently plays a significant role in limiting the plant protection products and fertilizers. In this study, preparations based on Bacillus velezensis_KT27, Paenibacillus polymyxa, Pseudomonas synxatha, mixture subtilis, simiae, velezensis_S103, used as seed dressings at doses 0.5 L 1.0 × 100 kg−1 grain, were tested to determine their efficacy. prothioconazole preparation was for comparison synthetic fungicide. test microorganisms prepared standardized diluted with sterile water obtain final cell concentration 5 108 CFU/mL each bacterial strain. ability selected strains solubilize phosphate quantitatively evaluated one factors influencing stimulation crop growth. obtained results indicate that can reduce infection seedlings, health those seedlings depends its dose. had positive effect growth, which confirmed by analyses height, fresh mass, chlorophyll fluorescence. ssp., ssp. may be growth plants, but needs verified field tests prior practical application.

Slow decomposition rates of cereal crop residues can lead to agronomic challenges, such as nutrient immobilization, delayed soil warming, and increased pest pressures. In this regard, microbial inoculation with efficient strains offers a viable eco-friendly solution accelerating the process residues. However, often focuses mostly on selecting microorganisms based appropriate enzymic capabilities neglects metabolic versatility required utilize both structural non-structural components Therefore, study aimed address these limitations by assessing profiles five previously identified cellulolytic bacterial strains, including Bacillus pumilus 1G17, Micromonospora chalcea 1G49, mobilis 5G17, Streptomyces canus 1TG5, achromogenes 3TG21 using Biolog Phenotype Microarray analysis. Moreover, evaluated impact wheat straw single consortium organic carbon nitrogen content in pot experiment. Results revealed that, beyond core subset 12 sources, exhibited diverse capacities utilizing 106 sources. All demonstrated effective biomass degradation compared negative control, significant differences detected only oil seed rape biodegradation estimations. Furthermore, inoculated showed increase after 180 days Overall, findings underscore critical role profiling gaining deeper understanding addressing complexities residue composition environmental variability.
