Abstract
Aims
To
provide
an
updated
comprehensive
evaluation
of
the
quality
and
evidence
association
existing
studies
on
health
outcomes
related
to
intermittent
fasting
(IF).
Materials
Methods
We
conducted
a
systematic
search
PubMed,
Web
Science,
Cochrane
Library,
Embase
databases,
covering
literature
up
June
2024.
Meta‐analyses
reviews
that
include
adult
populations
quantitatively
analyse
IF
interventional

Abstract
Background
Numerous
studies
have
shown
that
exercise
and
dietary
interventions
positively
impact
CVD
outcomes;
however,
there
is

variability
in
the
efficacy
of
different
interventions.
