Received: 15 March 2025; Accepted: 28 Published: 8 April 2025 Abstract: The triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index, is a promising biomarker Metabolic Syndrome (MetS), Type-2 Diabetes (T2DM) premature atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases (ASCVD). Whilst increased inflammation crucial mechanism in the pathogenesis these disorders there general paucity data on association TyG index inflammation. Accordingly, present report we investigated relationship between tertiles accepted measures inflammation, ratios (PMN):HDL-C Monocyte(Mono):HDL-C cohort 99 individuals (41 controls 58 patients MetS). Both PMN:HDL-C Mono:HDL-C significantly increasing both correlated index. Also was significant correlation certain biomarkers which also over Mono:HDL-C. In conclusion, this cross-sectional study, provide further support for pro-inflammatory phenotype an increase as manifest by increases ratio professional phagocytes (neutrophils monocytes) HDL-C, potential explain risk cardio-metabolic syndromes.
