Introduction: Inherited thrombophilia (IT) presents genetic conditions associated with the risk of deep vascular thrombosis (DVT) and obstetric complications (OC) such as preeclampsia (PE), fetal growth restriction (FGR), stillbirth placental abruption (PA). The aim our study was to evaluate frequency OC oxidative stress (OS) in women IT during pregnancies without low molecular weight therapy (LMWH), compared healthy pregnancies. Material methods: We evaluated 60 pregnant diagnosed before ongoing pregnancy based on previous DVT or (study group) (control group). Blood samples were collected delivery, along tissue from all subjects, determine activity CAT, GPX, GH, SH, GR, CuZnSOD, MnSOD enzymes. Results: After introduction LMWH therapy, total number decreased significantly IT. Analyzing association between different kinds IT, we found significant only Factor V Leiden mutation Protein C deficiency GH/PE. Levels SH are higher IT; GPH GR three times more active patients control group. Conclusion: Values OS parameters delivery may confirm increased those indicating that antioxidant be advisable.
