Until now, neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's have been studied separately in biochemistry therapeutic drug development, no causal link has ever established between them. This study developed a Unified Theory, which establishes that the regulation of axon dendrite-specific 4E-BP2 deamidation rates controls occurrence progression diseases. is based on identifying axon-specific as universal denominator for biochemical processes deamidation, translational control, oxidative stress, neurodegeneration. was achieved by conducting thorough critical review 224 scientific publications regarding (a) (b) control protein synthesis initiation, (c) neurodegeneration (d) applying my discovery fundamental neurobiological mechanism behind neuron-specific to practical applications medicine. Based this newly Theory literature, I also designed three flowsheets (1) in-vivo (2) initiation (3) system four processes. The Neurodegeneration Pathogenesis work, paves way controlling such through unique, regulatory caused proteasome-poor environment neuronal projections, consisting mainly axons.
