Background Legacy media are publications that existed before the internet. Many of these have migrated to a web format, either replacing or in parallel their print issues. Readers place an economic value on access information presented as they pay for subscriptions and higher degree trust content. Much has been written about inaccurate misleading health social media; however, content accuracy contained legacy not examined detail. Discussion herbs, spices, other botanicals absent from this context. Objective The objectives study were (1) identify associations botanical products mentioned targeted range demographic groups (2) evaluate against published scientific studies. Methods In total, 10 popular magazines targeting gender, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation selected analysis. Relevant was extracted coded over 1 year. Toothbrushing is the basic step in maintaining oral hygiene and managing caries. The type of toothpaste used, combined with effective toothbrushing techniques, significantly influences health outcomes. Information shared on social media platforms can create awareness, generate interest, influence perceptions regarding brands their benefits. The prevalence of obesity globally has tripled over the last half century, and currently affects around 650 million adults 340 children adolescents (ages 5-19 years). Obesity contributes towards >50 co-morbidities premature mortality. is a highly stigmatised condition that associated with much mental emotional distress dysfunction. Thus, major contributor to healthcare expenditure globally. Traditionally, management stratifies into three groups include metabolic (bariatric) surgery, pharmacotherapies, lifestyle (primarily dietary) strategies. Although listed as separate category, dietary strategies for remain central component any plan, often complement other surgical pharmacotherapeutic options. Indeed, effectiveness approach relies upon successful behavioural changes, particularly relating eating behaviours. In this concise review, we explore foundational pillars obesity: sleep, listening, routine, de-stressing optimisation social conditions. Background: Social media platforms such as TikTok are significant sources of nutrition information for adolescents and young adults, who vulnerable to unregulated, algorithm-driven content. This often spreads misinformation, impacting adolescent adult health dietary behaviors. Objectives: While previous research has explored misinformation on other platforms, remains underexamined, so this study aimed at evaluating the landscape nutrition-related content TikTok. Methods: evaluated by (1) identifying common topics creator types; (2) assessing quality accuracy using evidence-based frameworks, (3) analyzing engagement metrics likes, comments, shares. Results: The most creators were wellness influencers (32%) fitness (18%). Recipes (31%) weight loss (34%) dominated list topics. When posts quality, 82% applicable lacked transparent advertising, 77% failed disclose conflicts interest, 63% promoted stereotypical attitudes, 55% did not provide information, 75% balanced accurate content, 90% point out risk benefits advice presented. A total 36% considered completely accurate, while 24% mostly inaccurate, 18% inaccurate. No statistical significance was associated between level or evidence (p > 0.05). People are exposed to misinformation about dieting practices every day on social media which can influence their health and wellbeing. While research has largely focused general vulnerabilities strategies counteract its spread, limited work examined how specific harmful content, such as dietary misinformation, influences vulnerable groups, particularly those at risk of eating disorders (EDs). This study investigated whether individuals an ED were more likely endorse Dietary Misinformation.
