The present study aimed to evaluate the peri-implant tissue response and marginal bone levels of immediately loaded narrow diameter dental implants. In this study, 10 patients with single maxillary anterior edentulous space were included. Implants placed immediate provisional crown was given without any centric or eccentric contacts. After three months, a definitive restoration placed. All clinical radiographical parameters evaluated.

There were only a few studies investigating the effect of sagittal root position (SRP), angle (SRA), and buccal bone thickness (BBT) on peri-implant tissues using socket shield technique (SST). This retrospective case series aimed to evaluate SRP, SRA, BBT in cases examine these anatomical factors tissue phenotype level. Data from 27 patients (14 women, 13 men) treated with SST maxillary esthetic region between July 2019 September 2021 included. Clinical indices (modified plaque bleeding indices, probing depth, keratinized mucosa width, mucosal thickness) periapical radiographic recordings (marginal level) taken immediately after permanent prosthesis placement 1 year later used. Cone beam computerized tomography images used BBT, SRA before implant horizontal vertical levels prosthetic rehabilitation. The data divided into groups based (<1 ≥1 mm) values (<10° ≥10°). no significant differences 1-year clinical <10° ≥10° groups. However, higher loss was found group (P = .01, d 0.53). or <1 mm In conclusion, showed level, but affected level cases.

Introduction: Once teeth are extracted, the alveolar bone with labial plate reduction occurs as a consequence of absence blood flow. For both groups, CBCT-scans pre-operatively evaluated 6 months period for evaluating dimensional changes within plates including vertical horizontal loss (VBL, HBL), measuring attachment (CAL), dental stability quotients (DISQs) pink esthetic scores (PES), Results: mean Dental Implant Stability (DISQ) 77.92+2.44 75.14+2.34 groups respectively postoperatively, average HBL level postoperative Group 1 6.88+0.97mm, 6.74+0.93mm. While VBL after follow up Groups 0.93+0.57mm, 1.55+0.85mm respectively. PES 12.10+0.57 months, while 7.80+1.14. CAL Post-operatively 0.90+0.57mm 1.50+0.85mm Conclusions: technique conserved root part

A BSTRACT Aim: The present study assessed the three-dimensional bone loss, at three different levels, around implants placed immediately after extraction using socket shield method versus immediate implant placement. Materials and Methods: non-randomized clinical trial was conducted in 30 cases divided into two groups: placement (15 each). Horizontal width (HBW) (at levels from baseline) vertical level (VBL) (mesial distal surfaces of implant) were measured preoperatively 6 months postoperatively by cone beam computed tomography radio visio graphy. Results: mean difference 2-mm 8-mm HBW baseline better technique, although results not significant. Significant found Levene’s test for equality error variances. VBL significant both mesial implant. Conclusion: approach demonstrated promising outcomes preserving alveolar ridge morphology. It can be utilized as a substitute typical instantaneous aesthetic zone.
