Abstract Background Venezuela present a complex political and humanitarian context as the country is suffering from internal conflict socio-political crisis which led to deterioration of health services, hyperinflation, migration crisis, this presents unique case explore impact intensity on outcomes. This study investigates potential relationships between key indicators in 2001 2016, focusing malaria, heart disease mortality, infant mortality rates. Methods Employing an ecological panel data analysis approach, research analyzes state-year level Uppsala Conflict Data Program Venezuelan Health Observatory. The focuses assessing if how influences malaria incidence, rates, under-1 rate across regions, using regression with fixed effects for state year. Results identifies statistically significant correlation high estimate higher rates mortality. Interestingly, no was found incidence. These findings suggest multifaceted impacts armed conflicts outcomes, indicating that while some deteriorate rising intensity, others may not exhibit direct correlations. Conclusion underscores relationship outcomes Venezuela, highlighting correlations but incidence or death best estimate. UCDP didn’t show correlation, showed correlation. limitations posed by database constraints, absence recent publication invite further nuanced health.
