Background: In a post-pandemic landscape, Generation Z (Gen Z) nursing students are increasingly facing mental health challenges, notably anxiety. This study investigated these challenges among first-year students. Aims: The primary objective was to assess self-reported anxiety levels in undergraduate students, focusing on Gen Z, before or at the onset of their initial clinical placement post-pandemic. Methods: Employing cross-sectional design, this used Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) questionnaire evaluate levels. Background Depression is a serious psychological disorder that college students are experiencing. College students’ depression problems, which can be caused by various factors, have been easily ignored and untreated. In recent years, exercise, as low-cost accessible method for treating depression, has attracted widespread attention. The purpose of this study to use bibliometrics explore the hotspots trends in field exercise therapy from 2002 2022. Methods We retrieved relevant literature Web Science (WoS), PubMed, Scopus databases, generated ranking table describe core productivity field. used VOSViewer software generate network maps authors, countries, co-cited journals, co-occurring keywords help us better understand scientific collaboration patterns, potential disciplinary foundations, well research Results From 2022, total 1,397 articles related were selected. key findings follows: (1) number publications gradually increased, especially after 2019; (2) United States its affiliated higher education institutions made significant contributions development field; (3) there multiple groups field, but their connections relatively limited; (4) interdisciplinary, primarily convergence behavioral science, public health, psychology; (5) based on keyword analysis, six main themes summarized: health-promoting body image, negative behaviors, increased stress, coping strategies, diet. Conclusion Our illustrates presents some challenges new insights, provides valuable information further research.

In Indonesia, PFA (Psychological First Aid) services are primarily employed in distress situations; however, a relatively small number used crisis situations, mainly academic settings through the use of digital media, or what is commonly referred to as online services. Conceptual promises of integrated healthcare have been well-established, yet little empirical evidence is available related to its benefits (or lack thereof) within universities. This study aimed to describe university students' use of mental health services and the barriers help-seeking by sexual orientation gender identity examine factors related these variables. A total 7,136 first-year students from five Chilean universities participated. They answered an online survey on service use, help-seeking, 12-month disorders, sociodemographic Data were analyzed using logistic negative binomial regression models. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, questioning, other minority (LGBTQ+) students, especially trans non-conforming participants, reported higher than non-LGBTQ+ students. Sexual less likely report "prefer handle one's own" "talk with friends/family", but more "cost", "unsure where go", "time, transportation, or scheduling problems". Some variables associated in both groups (e.g. lower parental education was use), while others only one group women use).
