Background/Objectives: Adequate sleep is critical for adolescents' physical and mental health. However, academic demands lifestyle habits lead to insufficient among many adolescents. This study examined the relationship between patterns general characteristics, health behaviors, South Korean Methods: Data were obtained from Korea Youth Risk Behavior Survey conducted by Disease Control Prevention Agency, involving 21,283 students aged 13 18 years. Purpose: Headaches are common in childhood and adolescence often exacerbated by various triggers. The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has profoundly altered daily life worldwide. In this study, we investigated potential behavioral emotional changes among pediatric patients with headaches, treated either before or after the onset of COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: We examined 162 who visited our headache clinic between March 2018 August 2021. study included primary headaches completed a questionnaire assessing psychiatric characteristics. reviewed their clinical features, imaging studies, scores on Korean Child Behavior Checklist (K-CBCL), State Anxiety Inventory for Children (SAIC), Trait Children, Children’s Depression (CDI). Statistical analysis was conducted using Mann-Whitney U test, other methods. Results: (mean age, 11.7±3.3 years) were classified based whether they (n=81) average CDI SAIC significantly higher those presented onset. group, odds ratio an abnormal score 4.971. A weak positive correlation found K-CBCL total problem score, coefficient 0.297. Conclusion: Pediatric visiting exhibited levels anxiety depression compared to pre-pandemic visitors. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the mental health of children and adolescents worldwide. While various factors contributing to this phenomenon have been explored, role learning style preferences remains underexamined. This cross-sectional study, conducted between October November 2020, involved over 20,000 participants, including students from junior high school, senior undergraduate levels. Significant differences in depressive mood levels were observed among individuals with different modality upon return traditional, in-person learning. Students exhibited lower depression levels, while no preference for either outperformed devotees remote highest occurred those endorsing neither mode. Importantly, impact these on moods was found be moderated by infection experiences. findings highlight nuanced relationship preferences, experiences, outcomes students. Acknowledging moderating effect experiences is crucial developing targeted interventions adapting pedagogical approaches post-pandemic. study contributes valuable insights into complex relationships shaping well-being amidst educational disruptions caused pandemic.

Introduction This study identifies potential categories of mental health for adolescents in different school years and further analyzes the relationship between these suicidal ideation.
